We will be holding a special forum featuring local attorneys specializing in commercial bankruptcy and contract law. We will also discussVendor Management Systems VMS’s and Management Service Providers (MSP’s).
We are still developing the agenda but the goal will be to help us understand two things: 1) What are your options now or in the future if a company you contract with, or through, ever goes bankrupt. 2) Going forward in negotiating contracts in the future how do your protect yourself and limit your exposure to potential loss from a similar event happening again.
