Director of Research & Evaluation - Edina Public Schools

Edina Public Schools is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Research & Evaluation effective January 1, 2010.  Position qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in a program that includes advanced training in assessment, evaluation and statistical methodologies.
  • Successful administrative or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Work in a school or private business setting with experience in data collection and interpretation, statistical analysis, reporting of findings, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to make independent decisions affecting program implementation.
  • Considerable knowledge of Code of Fair Testing Practices, ESEA, FEPRA and data privacy requirements. 
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and statistical analysis software; e.g., SAS, SPSS.
  • Salary range $97,800 – 109,700 depending on education and experience; includes a comprehensive benefits package.
