Direct Marketing Analytics - SUPERVALU
Analytic Manager with CRM/Direct Marketing experience—preferably in retail. Experience analyzing e-mail, online promotions, or other digital communication channels would be a plus.
Key Responsibility:
- Work with a team of analysts including resources in Bangalore and external consultants to ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery of direct marketing effectiveness reporting
Requirements:
- Experience supporting and/or providing promotional/direct marketing reporting/analytics
- Understand concepts of test/control, experimental design and promotional effectiveness measurement
- Strong project management skills, with attention to details
- Strong technical / analytical skills, including SQL/SAS experience
- Experience with Microstrategy (or other BI platforms), Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics or other quantitative fields. Advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years related experience required, 5-7 ideal.
- Prior experience with large relational databases
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and develop creative, innovative solutions to business challenges
- Experience in developing processes, tools and scorecards
- Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships.
- Expertise leading project groups and maintaining client relations, including business strategy, customer experience, and technology
