Direct Marketing Analytics - SUPERVALU

Analytic Manager with CRM/Direct Marketing experience—preferably in retail. Experience analyzing e-mail, online promotions, or other digital communication channels would be a plus.

Key Responsibility:

  • Work with a team of analysts including resources in Bangalore and external consultants to ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery of direct marketing effectiveness reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting and/or providing promotional/direct marketing reporting/analytics
  • Understand concepts of test/control, experimental design and promotional effectiveness measurement
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to details
  • Strong technical / analytical skills, including SQL/SAS experience
  • Experience with Microstrategy (or other BI platforms), Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics or other quantitative fields. Advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years related experience required, 5-7 ideal.
  • Prior experience with large relational databases
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and develop creative, innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Experience in developing processes, tools and scorecards
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships.
  • Expertise leading project groups and maintaining client relations, including business strategy, customer experience, and technology
