Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, the largest health plan based in Minnesota, is looking for an Information Security Analyst, Sr. In this role, you will lead efforts to implement security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure of corporate data and you will implement controls, develop procedures, and provide the foundation for the design and development of a security stem or configuration. You will be expected to direct, support and report information security compliance and violations, provide risk analysis to business and computer applications and provide security support to users, second level, and applications on a 24x7 environment.

If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field and a minimum of 4 years experience in IT security or in lieu of a degree, 8 years of IT security experience, we invite you to apply. While we are looking for someone with technical abilities and with in depth knowledge of RACF security, or SAP security or UNIX security, the ideal candidate is someone with demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and human relations skills, is customer-focused, and has strong analytical and organizational skills.
