Outcomes Research Analyst

Description

Doherty Scientific Resources has an opportunity for an experience Outcomes Research Analyst at a Medical Consulting Firm in the Twin Cities. The ORA will be responsible for the development and execution of SAS programming and analyses associated with health outcomes and economics research. A good understanding of clinical trial and patient-level data sources, formats, and coding. Ensure all programming and data management for assigned projects is conducted in accordance with FDA Regulations, GCPs, and SOPs.

Position Responsibilities

-Develop all programs in accordance with SOPs
-Collaborate with project leaders and team members to ensure alignment of programming with project requirements
-Communicate project output to clients
-Ensure project goals are met
-Establish/maintain database standards and quality assurance requirements
-Develop and maintain data dictionaries associated with health outcomes
Oversee the creation of data dictionaries being executed by external vendors
-Develop SAS programming in accordance with project requirements, including study designs and analysis plans
-Load data into SAS
-Assist in the generation of project materials and study reports

Requirements

-B.S. or M.S. in Statistics or Mathematics
-2-5 years of health care and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
-At least 2 years experience in analysis of clinical trials, electronic medical records, or claims databases
-At least 5 years SAS programming experience
-Experience with oncology studies is a plus
