•Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights and solutions to support business needs. Types of analysis may include: customer segmentation, market basket analysis (product affinities), purchasing trend analysis and RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary value)
•Interfaces with the Target business representatives to validate business requirements/requests for analysis and present intermediate and final analytical results. Interfaces with Target business users, Target Technology Systems (TTS) and TTS partners to resolve issues concerning the execution of analytical request projects
•Document analytical methodologies used in the execution of analytical request projects
•Communicate with project team/manager to share knowledge and manage expectations
•Interface with TTS team members to translate analytical results into requirements for new and/or existing TTS applications and works to ensure high quality and stable implementations
Requirements
•4-year Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Marketing and/or Business or related area of study or equivalent work experience
•Four - six years experience in statistical analyst or database marketing performing database analysis
•Excellent SAS skills, (SAS base programming, Enterprise Guide, Data access, SAS ODBC) or equivalent data analysis tool and strong SQL database access and usage skills
•Data Warehousing experience (relational data modeling)
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to think strategically
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
