Hi,
Do you know anyone for this? I have placed 9 people in the past 5 years with this company and all are still there, happy, and have been promoted with exception of the last 2 who have been there less than 2 years..

LOCATION:
MID SIZE NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC TOWN...CLOSE TO MOUNTAINS...VERY INEXPENSIVE COST OF LIVING...CLOSE TO SEVERAL MAJOR METROPOLITAN AREAS I.E. WASHINGTON DC, NYC, PHILADELPHIA, BALTIMORE.

Overview:
Supports company's efforts to improve the effectiveness of the 4000+MM Media and Trade spending budget through the development of market mix modeling that will allow company to better estimate and plan for changes to promotional and pricing strategies.
Supports / builds / maintains VBA interfaces.Supports / manage special functional ad-hoc modeling projects, such as Price and Promotion models, ANCOVA analysis for in-store / in-market tests.

Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Psychology or closely related field and extensive experience in the management / manipulation of large data sets. Master's Degree strongly preferred.

Manager Advanced Analytics
Minimum of six years of related market research experience or equivalent.
Specific methodological and system experience as follows:
minimum of 2 to 4years of experience building VBA applications
• minimum of 3 to 4 years of SAS programming
• minimum of 3 to 4 years of marketing mix modeling
• minimum of 2 years proven track record of Bayesian modeling, Time Series modeling, Panel modeling, etc.
• 1 to 4 of IRI or AC Nielsen syndicated sales information
• good communication and presentation skills
Salary range:
Mgr. about $100K + 10% bonus
