Position Description:

This position will work in the Finance department and be responsible for data extraction and report preparation. Data sources include DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, text files, and SAS datasets. A primary responsibility will be submitting and monitoring scheduled processes. This position must understand and implement complex business rules, document existing and new processes, perform comprehensive quality assurance checks, deliver on commitments, work collaboratively to meet the department's needs, recommend solutions and resolutions to conflict, and make and implement enhancements to processes.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of SAS experience
* 1 year of experience writing Macros
* 1 year of experience writing SQL (Select and Update) and familiarity with syntax and capabilities
* 1 year of experience using Excel Macro functions experience
* 1 year of Relational Database experience

Assets:

* Experience with MVS JCL and TSO/ISPF
* Health insurance background from a financial standpoint
* Experience with FTP and SFTP
* DBA experience with SQL Server
* Bachelors degree
