Immediate Need/Data Analysis/Minneapolis (Possible Remote)

  • Leads reporting and analytics sub-projects
  • Responsible for task planning, sizing and estimation of the sub projects
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Leads the Requirement Analysis, Design and Development efforts
  • Supports User Acceptance Testing of Reporting amp; Analytics · Reviews TRICARE reporting and Data requirements and related documents to understand and capture specific operational requirements
  • Supports ongoing process improvement and change control activities
  • Develops business requirement documentation, assists in report and data extract design efforts and conducts quality assurance to ensure compliance and the user needs are met
  • Develops Report High level design, mock up and layout, code and Test canned Reports using BI reporting tools such as SAS, Business Objects
  • Develop ad hoc query capability for the government program
  • Work with BI Architect for designing the Business Objects Universes
  •  Coordinate with existing Health Care Company IT and business departments and organizations that currently provide reporting and data capabilities and leverage, to the extent possible, existing capabilities
  • Supports reports covering the following business subject areas:
  • Contractual reports for TRICARAE:

    •  Operational Reports
    • Claims Operational
    • Clinical/Referral/Authorization Management
    • Financials Analytical
    • Provider Network
    • Customer Service / Call Center

      Additional information:


      Must be a US Citizen


      • Prior experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or Tricare is a plus&nbsp
      • Effective problem solving and analytical ability
      • Customer-service orientation
      • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
      >Experience and Technical Skill
      REQUIRED: · 5-7+ years of Reporting and Analytic experience managing a wide variety of business intelligence or reporting programs and projects.

      • 3-5+ years experience working with Healthcare Domain
      • 3+ years hands on experience with either SAS or Business Objects or Cognos Reporting tools
      • 3+ years Experience with SQL*Server or any other Relational Database
      • Excellent written and oral communications skills
      • Experience with MS Office Suite
