Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAS Reporting Analyst who can join the Enrollment, Billing & Reconciliation team supporting our growing Employer Group products to rebuild a reporting and analysis capability from the ground up. In this dynamic role, you would be able to influence the future of our business while interacting regularly with senior-level staff in the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Designing, maintaining and publishing routine and ad hoc reports using SAS analysis and reporting tools as well as other internal reporting sources to support:
o Internal operating reports to drive performance management and decision making
o External client reports to support client information needs and special requests
o Other reporting to support government and other regulators data requests
• Developing detective data analysis models to monitor operational performance trends to aid in identifying data processing defects at the root cause allowing recommendations to be created to avoid or reduce negative trends
• Acquiring and manipulating membership, revenue, accounts receivable and other demographic data from internal systems to support internal project teams, finance and other business team analysis requirements
• Developing and maintaining automated scorecards or dash boards
• Serving as subject matter expert and advisor for delivery of operational analysis and reports
• Fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring goals, customer satisfaction, increased productivity and improved business processes are achieved
• Training stakeholders on how to effectively access and use reports

Qualifications:
• 1 - 3 years experience with high volume data analysis and reporting using SAS and SQL
• 1 - 3 years experience with relational databases
• 1+ years experience with business intelligence tools (i.e. Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.)
• Advanced level of skill with Microsoft Excel and Access
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
Assets:
• Experience with business data modeling
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid
