Research Analyst Opportunities (Associate, Mid, and Sr. Level) - Minneapolis, MN

The primary responsibility of this position will be to conduct primary research and analytics to support the strategic research and analytics team in creating knowledge and insights across a broad spectrum of business activities.  The position will report to the Manager of Research and Analytics, supporting many research activities for the team in these following areas: primary research, market research, research designs, methodologies, analytical techniques, and insightful reporting and presentations.

The qualified candidate will have 3+ years (1+ years for Associate & 5+ years for Sr. level) experience with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, knowledge and experience using SPSS and/or SAS, and be fluent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Additionally a Bachelor’s degree in related field, college level training in statistics or research is required and an advanced degree in strongly preferred.
