Description
Extracts, summarizes and analyzes all monthly data from internal credit risk data-mart. Partners with risk managers and other analytic colleagues; conducts data mining and analyses to support sound credit decisions. Generates standard monthly and quarterly reports; contributes to design of production reporting process. Serves as group's primary database contact; validates data and participates on various data warehouse projects.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Statistics
- Master's degree preferred
- Five or more years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in credit risk or other risk management-related area
- Three or more years of experience with SAS (including Macro, SQL programming)
- Experience working with large databases derived from various sources with multiple formats

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable risk analysis and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of credit administration, policy and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of economics, accounting, and finance
- In-depth knowledge of risk analysis
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Access and Excel skills
