Responsible for working with business areas, project teams, and IT technical teams, as well as outsourced vendors to ensure high quality application support and delivery services. Maintains production stability and facilities. Manages resources and mitigates risk through multiple environments. Provides code-level operational support, develops software, and coordinates maintenance and enhancement activity to support all aspects of application delivery. Focus is on upgrades to existing software for medium to large project work.
